Refunds and cancellations
Each Spells4Me service is prepared personally around the information, questions or intentions you provide. Please read this policy before placing an order so that you understand when you can cancel and how refunds are handled.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Your right to cancel
When you purchase a service online, you normally have 14 days to cancel, beginning on the day after your order is placed.
Starting work within 14 days
To allow your service to be prepared and delivered within three to five days, you will be asked to expressly request that work begins during the cancellation period.
If you cancel after work has begun
You may still cancel before the service has been completed. A proportionate amount may be deducted from your refund to cover work completed up to the time you cancel.
Once the service is complete
If you requested that work begin during the cancellation period and acknowledged that your cancellation right would end on completion, your right to cancel ends once the service has been fully provided.
Physical items included with spellwork
Some spellwork options include a spell jar, ritual candle or another physical item prepared as part of your personalised service.
Work and materials already used
If you cancel before the service has been completed, any deduction from your refund may include a reasonable proportion for work already carried out and materials already used.
Delivery problems
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible with details of the problem. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Personalised items
Cancellation rights for physical items may depend on whether the item has been genuinely personalised or made to your specification. Any applicable cancellation and return information will be provided with your order.
How to cancel or request a refund
To cancel an order, request a refund or report a problem, please contact me as soon as possible. Include the name and email address used for your order and tell me which service you purchased.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel by emailing hello@spells4me.com or by using the Contact page. You only need to make a clear statement that you wish to cancel and identify the order concerned.
Receiving your refund
Any refund due will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your cancellation is received. It will normally be returned using the payment method used for the original purchase.
If I cannot complete your service
If I am unable to complete or provide the service you ordered, you will receive a full refund.
